These terms of use ("terms") govern your use of the intellidip website and apps (together, "the services"), which are published by intellidip ("we", "us"). By using the services, you agree to these terms.
The services
The services are informational tools, utilities, and games. They do not publish original news, are not an emergency notification service, and do not give investment, legal, or medical advice. Content in an app or on this website, including headlines, calculations, and other results, may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong, so do not rely on it for urgent or high-stakes decisions. Where an app links to or shows a publisher's content, that content belongs to the publisher and is governed by the publisher's own terms; showing it does not mean the publisher endorses the services.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the services, try to get around access controls, probe for credentials, send automated requests in excessive volume, reverse engineer the services beyond what the law allows, or use them for anything unlawful. Editorial or administrative features in an app are only for people we have authorized.
No account required
You do not need an account to use the consumer apps; separate editorial tools are restricted to authorized staff. Where an app stores preferences or settings, it does so as described in the Privacy Policy.
In-app purchases
In-app purchases, such as removing ads, are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their own terms and refund policies. We do not process payments, and we never see or store your payment details.
In Nightjar, earned gold, unlocks and optional video rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. We may change or rebalance them, and refunds follow the store's refund policy.
Nightjar's one-time supporter purchase removes banner ads and permanently doubles earned gold. The purchase is not a subscription or a currency pack, and optional rewarded videos can still be offered when eligible. The purchase screen and store sheet state the benefit and localized charge.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the services, including features, content sources, or whole apps, at any time and without notice. We may also update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and using the services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Content, results, and calculations from the services are for general information only and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Nothing in the services is professional advice of any kind, including financial, medical, legal, or tax advice, and using them creates no professional relationship. Check any information independently before relying on it, and consult a qualified professional where it matters.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services. This includes decisions made in reliance on content shown in an app, missed or delayed notifications, third-party content, publisher websites, and outages.
Termination
We may suspend or end access to the services for misuse. You can stop using the services at any time by removing the app or no longer visiting this website.
